To obtain the Mark Charm in Pokemon Indigo Disk, you must talk to Cyrano near the entrance of Blueberry Academy. You will find him here after you have completed the game. Cyrano will task you with finishing the Blueberry Pokedex. That is an additional 200 Pokemon that you need to find and catch.
Image by VideoGamerCyrano will keep track of how many Pokemon you have caught during your adventure. To catch all of the Pokemon in the Pokédex, you need to upgrade the Terarium completely. Doing this will cost you 12,000 Blueberry Points (BP) meaning you will need to complete a lot of Blueberry Quests (BBQs). Luckily, you don’t need to challenge all of the legendary Pokemon that Snacksworth can send you after. These are exempt from the Pokedex.
You will, however, need to catch all of the starter Pokemon and get their evolutions. On top of that, you need to catch the version-exclusive legendary Pokémon such as Iron Leaves, Iron Crown, Iron Boulder, Raging Bolt, Gouging Fire, and Walking Wake. The only other legendary included on the list is Terapagos which is obtained during the main story.

Marks appear on Pokemon you catch once you have obtained the Mark Charm. These Marks don’t change anything about the Pokemon but they are a fun addition that appears when you bring them into battle.
