Before obtaining Bellossom, you must first catch a Gloom. Gloom can be found near the Coastal Plaza in the Coastal Biome of the Blueberry Academy Terarium. You will most likely find Oddish around here. If that is the case, you can evolve Oddish by leveling it up to get a Gloom.

Catch a Bellossom

It is possible to catch Bellossom in the Coastal Biome of the Terarium. This is very rare, however, and won’t happen often. It is easier to evolve Gloom since it will get you a Bellossom much quicker.

To evolve Gloom into Bellossom, you need to get a Sun Stone. These can sometimes be found laying on the ground around the Terarium. If you have been picking up sparkling items and Pokeballs, you should have one. If not, start gathering items and you should get one quickly.

Use the Sun Stone on Gloom to evolve it into Bellossom. Keep in mind that this will change Gloom’s type from a poison and grass-type to a pure grass-type Pokemon. Bellossom can use alternative moves, however, such as fairy-type moves.

Bellossom has the following abilities:

  • Chlorophyll – When sunny, the Pokemon’s speed is doubled
  • Healer (Hidden Ability) – At the end of the turn, there is a 30% chance of either ally being healed from a status condition
