Where to Find Swablu in Pokemon Scarlet?
The natural habitat of Swablu is the mountainous regions in Pokemon Violet and Scarlet, so if you want one in your party, then it’s time to take a hike.

Because Swablu appears at only select mountainous sites, you probably won’t stumble upon it randomly. If you want one early on in the game, then go looking for Swablu around Area One, in the West Province. Swablus spawn quite generously between the North Pokemon Center and the Team Star Base.
Apart from that, Swablu can be found in the mountains along the eastern side of the Great Crater of Paldea near Zapapico, as well as in the mountains west of Los Platos in Area Five.

Swablu is primarily a Normal/Flying Pokemon. Make sure to have some Electric, Ice, and Rock moves as it’s weak to them. Absolutely avoid Ground and Ghost-type attacks because they won’t affect Swablu.
How to Evolve Swablu into Altaria in Pokemon Scarlet?
Your Swablu will automatically evolve into Altaria once it’s leveled up to Level 35. Yes, it is a bit tedious to grind this high for evolution, but the Dragon type of Altaria is actually worth the effort.

Leveling up your Swablu can take quite a bit of time, and if your sole purpose is to evolve it into Altaria, then you should use Exp or Rare candies to level it up quicker. Farm on these through Tera Raids and by exploring the world.
