How to get Meditite in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Meditite revels in meditation within mountain and cave biomes. It is less likely for them to be found in the open and exposure to humans is something that they cannot stand. 

As you reach the area, you’ll most likely encounter a Level 20 to 39 Meditite. To catch it, you’ll have to roam around areas such as:
