After completing the Pokedex, all you have to do is return to the Uranja or Uva Academy, go to the biology lab, and talk to your homeroom teacher, Jacq. Your teacher gives you rewards based on how much of the Pokedex you have completed, and completing it entirely gets you a shiny charm from him.
