Best Nature For Eevee in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Eevee is quite a tanky Pokémon which makes it a good option to absorb all those heavy attacks from offensive-minded opponents. You can either solidify its defensive abilities by choosing the Bold Nature, or you can increase its attacking abilities with the help of Jolly.

That is why we feel Bold and Jolly are the best Natures for Eevee, since the former reinforces its defensive abilities while the latter gives it a much-needed speed boost which Eevee lacks.
Bold
Since Eevee already has a high base HP, you can go with the Bold Nature since it’ll just turn it into a tank by giving its health points a further buff at the expense of its attack.
It isn’t a bad choice either since Eevee is great at prolonging fights, which can be handy if you’re trying to catch a Pokémon through Timer Balls. Your Eevee will also develop a liking for Sour flavors while being repellant towards Spicy ones.
Jolly
Other than that, you could also try out Jolly since it’ll increase the speed of your Eevee and make it more evasive. Since Eevee’s Special Attack isn’t really that special since it has the lowest numbers out of all its other statistics, making it a bit lower than it was wouldn’t matter, either.

Other than that, Eevee will start preferring Sweet flavors while disliking anything that is Dry.
