First, to craft this high-quality medicine, you need an Electric Medicine Workbench. This becomes available from the technology tree at level 43. Once you have this unlocked, you can craft this medicine using the following ingredients:

  • 10 Refined Ingot
  • 10 Horns
  • 5 Bones
  • 3 Pal Fluids

As you can tell, this medicine isn’t cheap since it is one of the highest-tier medical supplies. Next, you can purchase this item from a Wandering Merchant. The only merchant we have found with this item is the Wandering Merchant in Duneshelter located at coordinates 359, 348.

Purchasing this medicine will cost you around 10,000 gold. As you can see, this item is worth more than its weight in gold so you will need to sell quite a bit of items if you want to get it from a merchant. Trust us, it’s worth it though.
