Contents hide Best Ninja Time Elements ranked Ice (S-tier) Fire (A-tier) Wind (A-tier) Earth (A-tier) Lightning (B-tier) Water (C-tier)When you start out in Ninja Time on Roblox, you have the freedom to choose from a variety of Elements with your first five spins. But which one should you pick for your playstyle? Whether you’re aiming to dominate in PVP or conquer PVE content, this guide breaks down which Elements to prioritize and which ones to consider rerolling. No Element is completely useless, but some definitely stand out for their damage potential, utility, and overall versatility. In this guide, we’ll walk you through each Element’s strengths and how they rank in a tier list, which should help you decide which one best fits your ninja adventure.
Best Ninja Time Elements ranked
Similar to Family and Clan choices, no Element is unplayable, yet some clearly outperform others in certain situations. You can always reroll Elements through the Customization tab, so don’t worry if you get a lower-tier Element early on. And don’t forget that you can also grab some free Spins using Ninja Time codes!

Ice (S-tier)
Ice is easily one of the best Elements in the game right now. Think of it as Fire, but with the added benefit of stuns, which makes it incredibly versatile. It has both excellent DPS and the ability to control enemies with stuns, which is of vital importance in both PVE and PVP. Plus, it offers a combination of melee and ranged moves, giving you the flexibility to adapt to different combat situations. If you pull Ice, don’t hesitate to keep it – it’s simply the best overall.
Fire (A-tier)
Fire is another powerhouse Element, especially when it comes to pure DPS. It delivers some of the highest damage in the game, but it lacks the stun potential of Ice. If you choose Fire as your primary Element, make sure you pair it with a secondary Element that can provide some crowd control or stuns. This is especially helpful in PVP, where opponents can be hard to hit without first disabling them. Fire excels at dealing massive damage, but you’ll need to rely on other Elements for the setup. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for raw firepower, but consider your secondary pick carefully!
Wind (A-tier)
Wind is a fantastic choice for PVE, especially if you’re focused on grinding. Its AoE ranged attacks make it easy to take out groups of enemies while keeping yourself safe at a distance. Wind also has some of the best mobility moves, similar to Lightning, but with better damage output. However, in PVP, Wind isn’t the strongest and its abilities are better suited for PVE environments. If you’re just starting out and are focused on leveling, Wind is a solid choice that won’t disappoint. Even if you end up rerolling later, it’s a great starter Element.
Earth (A-tier)
Earth often gets overlooked by beginners, but it’s actually a solid all-around Element. It combines AoE damage, stuns, and utility in a reliable package. While it may not excel in one particular area, it’s good at handling many different situations in both PVE and PVP. Earth can feel a bit repetitive at times, but it does its job well, providing both crowd control and damage. If you’re looking for a dependable Element without the need for specialization, Earth is a great option to consider. It’s a versatile choice for players who want flexibility in their playstyle.
Lightning (B-tier)
Lightning is a unique Element because it excels in mobility. While it doesn’t quite match up to Fire or Ice in terms of raw DPS, it offers fantastic mobility that lets you quickly navigate the open world and engage in combat with ease. Its stuns can also be useful for crowd control, but the Element starts to fall off as you level up. Once your Agility increases and you unlock stronger Chakra Jumps, the appeal of Lightning’s mobility decreases. However, if you enjoy the fast-paced playstyle that comes with Lightning, it can still be a fun option. Just don’t expect it to rival Fire’s damage output.
Water (C-tier)
Water isn’t the best choice if you’re looking for high DPS or versatility. While it can serve as a secondary or tertiary Element if you’ve unlocked multiple slots, it’s not ideal as your primary Element. Water’s damage output isn’t impressive, and many of its moves feel awkward to use, especially since it lacks any stuns. If you’re just starting out and need to fill a slot with something, Water can be useful later on, but it’s not the Element you want to rely on for your main damage-dealing needs. Consider picking it up later when you have more options and a better understanding of the game.
