Does MW3 have a new Warzone?

No, MW3 does not have a new Warzone. Instead, the battle royale introduced with 2022’s MW2 is still the game mode you can play and drop into, albeit with a few improvements. This includes the novel ‘Splat’ anti-cheat feature and the upcoming Urzikstan map the developers will introduce as part of the MW3 Season 1 start date.

Now, this isn’t exactly a surprise following Bloomberg’s previous revelation that MW3 was originally intended to be an expansion of MW2. Though Activision and Sledgehammer Games have introduced several new elements with the game, most fundamental features, like the main hub, SBMM, and most weapons and operators, remain the same or have been retained from its predecessor through the Modern Warfare 3 carry forward feature.
