A standout recent release is a Fortnite map that draws inspiration from the wildly popular Netflix series Squid Game Season 2. The second season is already generating a buzz, capitalizing on the cultural phenomenon of its predecessor that captivated global audiences with its nail-biting survival challenges.

The latest Fortnite map Octo Game 2 brilliantly channels the spirit of Squid Game 2, incorporating iconic challenges from the series while adding unique twists. Here’s how you can play it.

How to play Fortnite Octo Game 2 map inspired by Squid Game

The Squid Game inspired UEFN map, Octo Game 2 by SundayCW is now live in Fortnite. You’ll be able to find the map by searching for it in the Search Row on the top left of your screen. However, you can also enter the map code 9532-9714-6738 in the search bar in Discover to navigate to the map.

Once you do, you’ll see the key art of Octo Game 2 pop up on your screen. Click on the yellow Select button and load into a Public matchmaking lobby if you’re playing alone, or into a Private lobby if you’ve got enough friends in your party.

There are seven games on the map inspired directly by Squid Game Seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix. They are Red Light Green Light, 6 Legged Pentathlon (Involving ddakji, biseokchigi, gong-gi, jegi, and spinning top), Staircase Run (deathrun), Mingle, Lights Out, Glass Bridge, and Octo Game (Squid Game).

You’ll even be spawned inside the players’ quarters where the guards will take you to the next game area. So, team up with enemies, or compete against them to win the big prize of 456 billion won in Octo Game 2. Keep in mind, the last man standing, takes it all!
