The Pyro Dino is arguable one of the best Deviants in Once Human and is well worth grabbing if you can can find it. However, depending on your server, you are competing for either the Cheffesaurus Rex or the Pyro Dino, which both spawn in Securement Silo Phi, located in Iron River. If you’re in a PvP server, then Pyro Dino is up for grabs, while those playing PvE will have to settle for Rex. Yet, it’s possible to get both in either server types via end-game bosses and the bedroom portal. Here’s how to get the Pyro Dino in Once Human.

How to get Pyro Dino in Once Human

To get the Pyro Dino, you’ll need to complete the Securement Silo Phi dungeon on a PvP server. If you’re on a PvE server, you can get a Pyro Dino from the portal loot in the bedroom in Silo Phi or from the end boss of the same dungeon. Make sure to use an inhibitor to get maximum luck for each drop so to better your odds of getting the Pyro Dino. Be advised the drop is fairly rare though.

To find the bedroom in Silo Phi, you need to make your way to the large red-light room in the middle of the dungeon. From there, got towards the elevators at the back and climb up. This takes you to a secret area with deviants at the end of the corridor. Kill the deviants and then escape through the room into the bedroom. Those in PvE servers will see the Rex has a deviant orb, while those in PvP servers should see the Pyro Dino with an orb. There’s a lootable chest in the same room that can contain either deviant.

Be advised that the drop chance for the Pyro Dino is somewhat low. Players have reported getting it on the first try, while other players have done a few runs and still haven’t got it. We estimate there’s roughly a 10% drop chance or potentially even lower to get the deviant.

When you do get the Pyro Dino, you’ll have a strong offensive Deviant. These deviants increase the power of your Burn attack. This makes certain builds running the burning status effect much stronger. It’s worth pairing it with Grill Gloves, which increase the frequency of burn stacks based on the number applied to a target. You can also use the Heavy Duty set, or the Shelterer set for even more status power.
