The best builds for Cagliostro focus on picking either her DPS or Support capabilities. As a DPS, Cagliostro can be the strongest character in the game thanks to her damage uptime and the power behind Collapse. Focusing on her raw DPS will result in an extremely powerful character, which is arguably better than making her a healer.

If you want to go down the DPS route, there are a few Sigils and Skills you want to focus on for Cagliostro. Naturally, anything that increases Cagliostro’s Crit Rate and DMG will be necessary, but you also want Sigils that increase Stun Power, overall damage, and a way to increase the Damage Cap.
