New weapons for Season 3

  • There are a total of seven new weapons for Chapter 5 Season 3

A new Fortnite Season means new weapons and Epic Games certainly haven’t disappointed this season. Alongside the new vehicular theme, we’ve got a whole host of new weapons in the game, with some returning weapons being unvaulted and others being completely new to the game.

So we’ve put together the full loot pool of weapons in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3. We’ll take you through which new weapons are joining the game, as well as which ones have returned from prior Seasons.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 new weapons

In total, there are seven brand-new weapons that have been added to Fortnite for the first time, with each of them having their own Mythic variant too. These are:

  • Combat Assault Rifle
  • The Machinist’s Combat Assault Rifle
  • Megalo Don’s Combat Shotgun
  • Nitro Fists
  • Megalo Don’s Nitro Fists
  • Boom Bolt
  • Ringmaster’s Boom Bolt

In addition to these new weapons, there are three weapons that have been unvaulted especially for this new Season. These are:

  • Combat Shotgun
  • Enforcer AR
  • Oscar’s Frenzy Auto Shotgun

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 returning weapons

As well as the new and unvaulted weapons, there are a selection of weapons that were available in Season 2 that are returning for this Season, comprising the remainder of the current loot pool. These returning weapons are:

  • Gatekeeper Shotgun and Cerberus’ Gatekeeper Shotgun
  • Hammer Pump Shotgun
  • Hand Cannon
  • Harbinger SMG
  • Huntress DMR
  • Ranger Pistol
  • Shockwave Grenade
  • Tactical Assault Rifle
  • Thunder Burst SMG
  • Warforged Assault Rifle

Unfortunately, not all of the weapons from the previous Season have returned, with some fan favourites like the Chains of Hades unfortunately being vaulted for the foreseeable future.
