Presents are back in Fortnite to celebrate the festive period, and with them has come a Winterfest challenge too. The presents in Fortnite are items that you can find around the map, and once you throw the present it expands, dropping a variety of goodies for you and your squad.

The Winterfest challenge involving presents in Fortnite is to throw presents at different named locations on the map. This is one of the challenges that doesn’t need to be completed in the same game and the reward for this is 16,000 XP in total.
How to Throw Presents in Fortnite?
In order to throw presents you just need to pick them up, like any ordinary weapon, aim it anywhere and press the fire button to throw it. Holding presents does take up a slot of your inventory so keep that in mind.

In order to complete the objective you need to:
- Find presents around the map
- Pick one up and put it in your inventory
- Run to a named location (it can be any named location)
- Throw the present as you would any weapon in the game
- Do this three times in total to receive the reward
