To get Doctor Doom’s Mythic in Fortnite, you will need to visit the Isle of Doom. This is a new version of the floating island that spawns a few minutes into every match. However, there is a catch. The special version of the island only has a 5% spawn chance. Due to this, many players haven’t had a chance to use the new Mythic item.

Considering how popular it is, many other players will go there, hoping to become Doctor Doom and get the most powerful item in Fortnite history.
