How to bicycle kick in FC 24

The bicycle kick has been a key part of football for some time, with the likes of Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring some iconic acrobatic goals over the years. Now, the modern-day goal-scoring monster Erling Haaland is scoring acrobatic efforts for fun.

It just so happens that the Norwegian powerhouse is the face of FC 24, meaning scoring bicycle kicks is a must for players looking to rise to the top of the game. As in recent years, there’s no guaranteed way to bag a bicycle kick in FC 24. It is a bit of a lottery, but there are a few things you can do to increase your chances.

  • Firstly, ensure that whichever player you’re using has the ‘acrobat’ trait enabled.
  • Secondly, when a ball is coming into the box, or a general bicycle kick opportunity arises, press LT (Xbox) or L2 (PlayStation). This will trigger your player to perform some kind of acrobatic attempt, depending on the flight and height of the ball.

Instead of a bicycle kick, don’t be surprised if you see your player perform a diving header, or maybe even a scorpion kick! 

Either way, if things are lined up perfectly, your chosen player will attempt a bicycle kick, giving you the chance to score some impressive strikes in FC 24.
