The Ported Compensator is the first attachment to form the best SWAT 5.56 loadout. This muzzle provides extra recoil control when the first shot is fired alongside further vertical recoil control to ensure your shots always hit the target. For even more stability, we’ve paired the Compensator with the Heavy Stock which provides some much-needed flinch resistance. An increase in damage range and bullet velocity comes from the Reinforced Barrel guaranteeing no drop-off in performance when you’re attempting to battle an LR 7.62 at long range.
To keep the recoil under control, the Precision Foregrip reduces horizontal kick and any sway while aiming. This makes all the difference when you’re attempting to lock down a line of site. Next is the Commando Grip for slight improvements in aim-down sight (ADS) and sprint-to-fire time for quick reaction times. Last and by no means least is the Heavy Stock which offers you some flinch resistance when an enemy is also managing to hit you. Less flinch means a better chance of maintaining track of where the shots are landing.

When the best attachments are ready for battle, the next part of creating the best SWAT 5.56 loadout is selecting the right perks and equipment that improve performance even further. Here are the best ones to use alongside the marksman rifle:
Perks
- Perk 1: Flak Jacket
- Perk 2: Assassin
- Perk 3: Double Time
- Perk 4: Gung-Ho
- Wildcard: Perk Greed
The trio of Assassin, Double Time, and Gung-Ho are all designed to improve your movement, spotting, and Tac Sprint length. With Omnimovement playing an integral role in Black Ops 6 game modes, these perks go a long way in improving your gameplay. Thanks to the Perk Greed Wildcard, you can use four perks instead of three as part of the best SWAT 5.56 loadout. Alongside the three Enforcer perks, we’ve selected Flak Jacket for increased resistance to incoming explosives.
Combat Specialty adds a further layer of customisation to Black Ops 6 loadouts.
Equipment
- Lethal: Semtex
- Tactical: Concussion
- Field Upgrade: Trophy System
- Secondary: Stryder .22
Semtex remains a solid piece of lethal equipment thanks to its versatility. Stick it to an opponent for a guaranteed kill or you can place it into an objective for some additional damage. If the Semtex doesn’t secure the eliminations, make sure you follow up with a Concussion to slow the movement of the enemy then finish them off with a burst from the SWAT 5.56. The Trophy System is the most useful Field Upgrade available. Block any incoming grenades that are bound to land nearby over the course of a match. Stryder .22 is a good option for your secondary, letting you quick-swap when your ammo runs low.
