Avowed features a total of 50 trophies and achievements for those gunning for 100% completion to tick off. It’s the usual spread of main story beats, combat challenges, gear upgrades, unlocking skills and abilities, leveling milestones, and map related unlocks alongside alternative story and dialogue outcomes as we’d expect from an Obsidian RPG.

Overall, we don’t rate this one as too taxing when weighted against other games, notably other RPGs. There’s potential for a second playthrough to tick off the A Test of Your Reflexes trophy, which requires you to beat the game on the highest Path of the Damned difficulty, but you could do it in one. Other than that, the time sinks are likely those linked to alternate branching dialogue options that could lead to different outcomes like the Everyone Disliked That and Tired of Being Nice achievements.
