Fortnite players are always on the lookout for the easiest ways to level up in the game. That allows them to progress along their Battle Pass and other passes in the game much quicker. While some use XP maps or exploits to do so, most players rely on quests and challenges that reward them with lucrative amounts of XP.

In the latest Chapter 6 Season 1, there are numerous challenges for players to complete, such as Weekly Quests and OG Quests. Along with them, Fortnite has also introduced Expertise Quests which work rather differently than the weeklies, where you’re asked to do something as absurd as emoting immediately after eliminating an opponent. Here are what Expertise Quests are, how they work, and all the quests you can complete in the game.

What are Expertise Quests in Fortnite?

Expertise Quests were introduced in Fortnite with Chapter 6 Season 1 on December 1, 2024. These quests are simply made to test your skills with multiple weapon types like Assault Rifles, SMGs, Shotguns, and Oni Masks in the game. If you complete weapon-specific quests of a certain category, you’ll be rewarded with XP and unlock free in-game perks such as the ability to purchase a legendary weapon from an NPC.
