Like in many games, codes are a great way to get a hefty selection of freebie items and money to help you progress. Tarisland, the breakout MMORPG, is no different, with players able to get special items, currencies, and even exclusive rewards from time to time. Here’s a closer look at the codes that work so far, and how to redeem them.

Active Tarisland codes

So far, there are three active codes with more on the way. You can get yourself some nice silver for redeeming these codes, alongside healing potions for your character. Moreover, you can get some attack potions and crit potions, which can be sold for gold on Trading Post if you don’t want to use them. The Tarisland code is for the troubles with redeeming pre-registration event information, which comes with a unicorn mount to use.

Expired codes

Like all codes, the ones issued for Tarisland have a set shelf-life and eventually expire, evaporating into the digital ether. To avoid disappointment, you’ll want to snap them up as quickly as possible. For the moment though, there are currently no expired codes.

How to redeem Tarisland codes

To redeem codes on PC, you need to do the following:

  • Click the System cogwheel and wrench icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Select Settings on the menu.
  • Click Redeem Gift Pack to open up a new screen to enter the code.
  • Input the code you want to redeem on your character.
  • Check in-game mail for rewards.

As for mobile (iOS and Android), follow these steps:

  • Click the diamond icon in the top of the screen just underneath the map.
  • Tap on the Settings icon shaped like a cogwheel at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select Redeem Gift Pack icon.
  • Enter the code you want to redeem in the field in the middle of the screen.

Be aware you can only use codes once, and the rewards go to that character only. Note that rewards can take up to 24 hours to reach your account.

Why won’t my Tarisland codes work

There are three reasons why codes may not work. The first is that they have simply expired and are no longer active. The second is that the code was entered incorrectly – they are case-sensitive so pay attention to capitalisation when inputting them. Lastly, a code may not work because you aren’t far enough into the game. Codes can only be redeemed once you’ve left the cave with Jeya.

Invite Friend Codes explained

Invite Friend Codes are a way to get exclusive referral rewards. To see your friend referral code, click on the star icon on the top right of the screen. It should be the first star icon on the left of the minimap on the second row. This opens a new screen, where you can then select the invite friend tab at the bottom. This will show you the friend code that players can use on the same server as you. You can also select the ‘Enter Invitation Code; to redeem a friend’s code.

To get the rewards and progress referral track, players must reach level 30 on their character before it counts as a successful invite. You can also only have 1 active recruit at a time.

The rewards for recruiting codes are as follows:

  • 2 – Invitation Pack – contains fish bait, potions and silver.
  • 5 – Masked Racoon pet.
  • 8 – Rare King Armadillo Mount.
