The Mini Lost Cargo Trucks are the chest versions of the game, and you can identify them with a specific blue shining cross. You can find four of these in the Brant Street Construction Site area, and here are all their locations.

If you want to get all the Lost Cargo in Brant Street Construction Site, you can follow this fairly simple path starting from Officer Mewmew in the area:

While you're looking at Officer Mewmew, head in the left direction and you'll see the first Cargo at the end near an orange pillar and a yellow container.

You can alternatively look for the sand pit in this area as this chest is right beside it.

From the first cargo, head to the middle of the area and you'll find the second one near one of the elevators. If you head to the middle from the first chest, you'll easily spot it in front.

As you're looking at the third chest, you'll be able to spot the fourth one in the back. It can be found near an orange truck as you head to the elevated section of the Brant Street Construction Site.

Go up the slope and enter the elevated section of this area and you can find this chest at the edge between two stores. There's a chance of this chest to get hidden if an NPC spawns at its location, so it's best to look for it at night time.

After claiming the four chests, you can head over to Officer Mewmew to get an extra Observation Data and ten Polychromes.
