Which HoYoverse Game Has The Most Powerful Characters?

Creating games since 2011, HoYoverse (previously known as MiHoYo) has gone on to create some fantastic titles that have made it a titan of the gacha game industry. With fantasy worlds and a mix of different gameplay styles, each title is unique and filled with passion from the 'Tech Otakus' who created it.
Almost all of HoYoverse's titles are part of one big multiverse, with some even being direct follow-ups. With all of this, each universe is filled to the brim with power. From omnipresent beings to many gods, power levels reach immeasurable strengths quickly, but the question remains: Which game has the most powerful characters?
Honorable Mention - Miyabi (Zenless Zone Zero)
The Weakest HoYoverse World
Unfortunately for Zenless Zone Zero, since it has a more grounded world and story compared to the intergalactic gods of other HoYoverse titles, none of its characters would last even a second compared to any of the others on this list. Unless gods are introduced, this universe is one of HoYoverse's weakest, despite existing in the same multiverse continuity.
To give the game credit, Miyabi is one of the stronger characters in ZZZ's universe, and she has shown herself to be powerful in combat. Miyabi is a gifted young Void Hunter who is also the Chief of Hollow Special Operations Section Six. With strong sword mastery skills and a cursed blade by her side, she easily destroys any Ethereal that poses a threat to New Eridu.
The Herta (Honkai: Star Rail)
Scientifically Strong
While Honkai: Star Rail is a follow-up to previous Honkai titles, it focuses on an entirely new cast of characters and expands the Honkai world with new concepts and ideas. The main way we have found out about many of the universe's cosmic powers is through the Genius Society member Herta.
The Herta, as she likes to be called, is an extremely intelligent Emanator of Nous the Erudition Aeon who researches the universe and its deepest secrets from the depths of the cosmos. Besides her intellect, she has incredible power, and with her knowledge by her side, she can overcome any foe without even having to worry about failing.
Neuvillette (Genshin Impact)
Hydro Dragon Power
Originally planned to be the fourth Honkai game but eventually shifting into its own thing, Genshin Impact has grown to become Hoyoverse's biggest and most recognizable title for the global masses. Despite being more grounded than the usual Honkai levels of strength, Genshin still has its own fair share of powerhouses, and Neuvillette is one of the toughest both in lore and in combat.
Neuvillette is one of the Seven Sovereigns who reigned over the old world of Teyvat in the past, and while we haven't seen much from the others, Neuvillette is by far the strongest. Being the Sovereign of Hydro with access to his powers as a Hydro Dragon, Neuvillette shows great strength that's near god levels of power from wielding the near purest form of elemental power.
Welt, Herrscher Of Reason (Honkai Universe)
Hero From Another Story
While most of Honkai: Star Rail's cast are completely original, with some clear inspirations from previous characters, some of them are the exact same characters from Honkai Impact 3rd. Welt is one of these, being one of Star Rail's most intellectual characters, thanks to his previous adventures.
In Honkai Impact 3rd, Welt was the Herrscher of Reason, meaning he could create anything at will as long as he had knowledge of how it worked. After passing down his role and power as the Herrscher of Reason, he still remains as one of the series' strongest due to his vast knowledge and the experience gained from his long journeys.
Asmoday And The Heavenly Principles (Genshin Impact)
Beings From Another World
While many beings from Teyvat, such as the Archons or the Sovereigns, are able to control and protect the land, some of Genshin's characters are actually from other worlds entirely. One of the most influential is the progenitor god of the Heavenly Principles, who currently rules over the whole of Teyvat and Celestia.
The Heavenly Principles have unspeakable powers; however, most of their work is done by the Four Shades. Asmoday is one of the Four Shades we know the most about, and she will bring the Heavenly Principles' wishes to fruition by any means necessary. As soon as you start the game, Asmoday is shown easily handling both Travelers at once, and that is no small feat considering how much plot armor they have.
Acheron (Honkai: Star Rail)
Wandering The Galaxy
Many of the playable characters in Honkai: Star Rail have been strong, but nothing that places them on this list, that is, except Acheron, who is a powerhouse even in battle. This Self-Annihilator travels the cosmos as an Emanator of IX the Nihility with her blade by her side, ready to tackle whatever crosses her path.
Acheron's power is next level, able to cut just about anything with a single strike from her blade in its scabbard. Just when you think she can't get any stronger, she can also stop time and space itself from flowing, making her almost above god's levels of power. Then again, her strength is granted to her from a separate source.
The Aeons (Honkai: Star Rail)
Origin Of The Paths
When the average character has god-like strength, HoYoverse has to step things up even further. In the Honkai universe, that could be no clearer than with the introduction of Aeons. These beings are above gods and represent concepts or emotions in the universe, granting them to the world as they see fit.
Characters granted a fraction of an Aeon's power through being an Emanator have shown themselves capable of wiping out entire planets and decimating anyone who challenges them. This leads us to be truly horrified by the omnipotent power that each of the Aeons must have at their disposal.
Thanatos (Honkai Universe)
The Goddess Of Death
The Honkai universe has many gods and higher beings who reside over specific concepts of the world, and one of the strongest is the goddess of death, Thanatos. Controlling and maintaining the balance of life and death makes Thanatos one of the universe's most powerful beings, but she also has many strong feats across her lives.
Thanatos has appeared throughout many incarnations, each bearing the same horrifying chill of death along with them. For those who have played Honkai: Star Rail, you might know of Castorice, who is actually an incarnation of Thanatos, and once again, here, she shows how strong the power anyone who is even related to Thanatos holds.
Kiana Kaslana And The Cocoon Of Finality (Honkai Impact 3rd)
HoYoverse's Favorite
Every HoYoverse game has a character who features on the app icon and for Honkai Impact 3rd they couldn't have chosen a better representative. Kiana Kaslana is HoYoverses' most precious character and one of the strongest, having access to cosmic abilities that allow her to control space, time, and even reality itself.
At the climax of one of Honkai Impact 3rd's stories, Kiana merges with the Cocoon of Finality, which grants her powers of unknown levels. The Cocoon of Finality was an entity that acted as a god of judgment over the entirety of Honkai, controlling reality and time to its will freely. This means that once Kiana merges with it, she gains all of its powers on top of her already stacked prowess.
Yog Sothoth (Gun Girl Z)
Hyperversally Strong
You may be thinking, how could someone possibly be stronger than a multiversal entity? Never doubt HoYoverse, because even when the limits of power are reached, it managed to push them higher with Yog Sothoth. Appearing in one of HoYoverse's earliest titles, Gun Girl Z, like the H.P. Lovecraft character of the same name, Yog Sothoth is one of the most powerful entities of any plane.
Being referred to as an outer god, Yog Sothoth exists outside the boundaries of time, space and existence itself, even transcending beyond the Imaginary Tree that makes up the entire HoYoverse multiverse. If multiversal power sounds strong, Yog Sothoth is considered to have hyperversal-levels of power, being able to alter entire universes in an instant with her immeasurable wisdom.
