After getting various sparks to power the lighthouse in The Night Orchard, grandma will take you to The Plaza where you'll have to find a sparkcaster to get to mayor Klout. While doing the main quest of this area in Wavetale, you can encounter up to four side quests by talking to different people.

You have to keep a sharp eye if you want to find these people and the items required by them because they'll be covered in gloom. Moreover, the scale at the top doesn't highlight the location of these items and you have to find them yourself by exploring every part.

Brotherly Love Quest Walkthrough

The first time you reach Plaza, you have to talk to Morris for the main quest where grandma will ask you to retrieve four sparks. After this dialogue, there is a structure on your left that appears as a checkpoint and is roughly 350 points away. When you reach this structure, you'll find Jouko who will give you this quest.

To find his brother, you have to head to a different structure that is a little to the right of the North mark on the scale. Jouko's brother, Terry, will be standing on the right edge of this structure. He'll also ask you to get three strings because he wants to make a net with his brother.

Pull yourself to the electric bar on this structure to find these strings, and the first string will be right on top of this platform. Near the first string, there will be a building with a generator on the top that can be activated. The second string is right beside this generator.

For the final string, you have to activate the switch on the middle building and take the elevator to the top of the highest building. The string will be at the top on a wooden platform. Return the strings to Terry and the Brotherly Love quest will end.

Citizen In Need Quest Walkthrough

To start this quest, you have to free Mrs. Baine who can be found in a small structure with two spherical tombs behind one of the structures where you find sparks for the main quest. This is the structure where you will use a gloom slide to get to the main area. After being freed, Mrs. Baine will ask you to locate her doctor, Klara.

This part of the quest is simple since Klara can be found on the little island right beside the one where you found Mrs. Baine. You will have to defeat a few enemies to unlock the cage blocking Klara, but she will also ask you to find her stethoscope before she returns to Mrs. Baine.

Klara's stethoscope is located on one of the stone pillars surrounding the nearest tower from the place where you found her. You can see this as soon as you get close to the tower, but it might be a little difficult to reach it. You have to stand in the water beside the wooden platform on the tower and hold your jump.

Aim toward the smaller wooden platform and use double jump and hover to get on it. From here, you can jump on the higher platform and get the stethoscope. Return it to Klara and this quest will come to an end.

Quadrupel The Fun Quest Walkthrough

This quest can be claimed after you free Mr. Nelson in the first tower that you have to enter for the main quest. Once again, you'll have to defeat a few spider enemies to remove the surrounding cage. After being freed, Mr. Nelson will ask you to retrieve four hammers for him. Activate the generator in this tower and take the lift to find the first one.

There will be a big and a small wooden platform at the height where this lift will take you. The first hammer will be on the smaller platform. After retrieving it, take the lift on the edge of the building to go even higher. While you're going up, you'll see the second hammer on a small wooden platform.

Take it and keep following the wooden path until you reach a switch that will activate the third elevator. After heading up using the third elevator, the third hammer will be on a small platform on your left. Claim it and follow the wooden path until you reach a stone platform to find the fourth hammer on it.

Return all the hammers to Mr. Nelson to end Quadrupel The Fun quest.

For Protection Quest Walkthrough

After progressing in the main quest, you'll enter a second tower where you have to fall all the way down to activate a generator. Jack will be covered in gloom right by this generator, and he'll give you the For Protection quest. To find Jack's axe, you have to go higher in the same tower where you found him.

After a while, you will go through a few small platforms with cubicles in them. Once you cross these cubicles, there will be a campfire on a stone platform. Reach the campfire and look around you, and you'll be able to see the required axe on a platform just above. This axe is quite easy to miss during the main quest.
