It would be great to see these classes from Warhammer 40,000's lore added to Darktide.
PostsWarhammer 40,000: Warpforge, developed by Everguild LTD., takes the fierce and expansive Warhammer galaxy and uses it as the basis for a digital collectible and battle card game. With six distinctive factions to pick from, each one containing its own unique cards with special abilities for both strategic and offensive play, there's more than one way to conquer your enemies in Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge.
6 Chaos
In Warhammer 40,000, Chaos is a powerful and evil force. In Warpforge, they are represented by Chaos Space Marines, traitors to the Imperium of Mankind who worship the four gods of Chaos: Nurgle, Khorne, Slaanesh, and Tzeentch.
The primary mechanic of the Chaos faction is their Dark Pact ability, which grants them a buff in a stat depending on which of the four Chaos Gods you prefer. The idea is to keep stacking Dark Pacts until your cards are so powerful that they can deal massive damage in one ferocious strike. Some Dark Pacts only work when attacking, so keep that in mind should you decide to unleash Chaos.
5 Orks
Billgrent and numerous, Orks are both a source of comic relief and unrelenting brutality in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Brandishing a wide variety of crude weapons and even cruder tactics, Orks will attack in droves and waves at the behest of their snarling and vicious warlords in a wave of green murderous intent.

Warhammer 40k has some scary characters, but these take the cake.
PostsJust as they operate in other Warhammer 40,000 media, the principal strategy the Orks employ in Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge is to overwhelm with sheer numbers. Orks utilize cannon fodder tactics, shoveling grunt after grunt onto the battlefield with reckless abandon. While most of these cards are relatively weak, as your side grows increasingly large in Orks, you'll get access to unique and powerful abilities.
4 Ultramarines
Space Marines are the defacto face and "good guys" of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. In Warpforge, it's the chapter known as the Ultramarines that takes center stage.
These genetically enhanced warriors aren't just famous among the Warhammer audience but are probably the most recognizable faction to those outside the fanbase.
Given how Ultramarines are often the default faction for those building their first Warhammer 40,000 army, they are the most streamlined faction. Ultramarines are all about being adaptable and utilizing ranged and melee attacks with equal effectiveness. Ultramarines also put a heavy emphasis on Stratagems, which allow your Warlord card to play a paramount role in battle.
3 Necrons
Every good fantasy science fiction universe has its own equivalent of the undead. In Warhammer 40,000, the Necrons fit this bill to quintessence. Once an ancient race from eons ago, the Necrons ultimately decided to move their souls into undying shells to gain immortality. In these new stannic bodies, the Necrons have become a feared presence in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

An unrelating force of anarchy in the universe, here's everything you need to know about Chaos in Warhammer: 40K.
PostsGiven their undead Egyptian nature, the Necrons are masters of resurrection or, as it's called in Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, Remnant. This mechanic allows you to revive destroyed cards should they have the Remnant capability. Moreover, some Necron cards have attributes that boost their stats should they be reanimated, making them even more potent post-death.
2 Aeldari
The Aeldari/Eldar is a race defined by tragedy and survival. Once a proud, prosperous civilization, a catastrophic psychic armageddon has driven them to the brink of extinction. Even with their extinction looming over them, the Aeldari continue to fight tooth and nail for the preservation of their species, no matter the cost, by utilizing their premium technology.
For the Aeldari, it's all about speed in Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge. They mainly attack through the Flanking and Shuriken traits; the former allows them to be deployed and attack on the same turn, while the latter lets them strike without taking retaliatory damage. The other primary aspect of the Aeldari is Spirit Stones, which operate similarly to energy. When certain cards are destroyed, they drop these stones, which can be picked up and used to unlock more dominant cards and attacks.
1 Tyranids
In the Warhammer 40,000 universe, there is perhaps no threat as great as the bloodthirsty and all-consuming Tyranids. Monsters of voracious hunger and unquenchable thirst, the Tyranids are without fear or compassion as they tear through their adversaries.
Tyranids also possess remarkable adaptability, often taking the form of evolving into more ravenous and nightmarish beasts.
In Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, Tyranids employ Synapse and Swarm. Synapse allows Tyranid cards to pass their stratagems (abilities) to adjacent cards. Swarms, on the other hand, allow deployed Tyranids with the attribute to absorb cards on the left as long as they also have the Swarm ability. Synapse and Swarm add-on to the card they are buffing, which makes the Tyranids both extremely dynamic factions and means even the most weak pitful card can be beneficial.
