Those volunteers are now hunting him to answer for what he's done to them, and you will travel to the past to find out what transpired during those days.

What Is The Hex?
The Hex is a Syndicate that resides in the Höllvania Central Mall during the year 1999. This group of individuals is trying to find Albrecht Entrati so he can revert the Technocyte virus that afflicts them, and is composed of the following members:
- Arthur Nightingale - Codename: "Broadsword"
- The leader of the group, Arthur is a tough guy who wants to live but not at the cost of other people's lives, which makes him clash a bit with his teammates.
- Eleanor Nightingale - Codename: "Salem"
- Arthur's sister and the psych-ops of The Hex, Eleanor have an underlying connection to the techrot that nobody wants to explore.
- Aoi Morohoshi - Codename: "Chopper"
- Aoi is the mechanic and second-in-command in the group, the bubbly magnetic warrior brings the fun in an otherwise dark, grim, and violent environment.
- Quincy Isaacs - Codename: "Stepper"
- The sniper of the group and a badass by nature, Quincy is a bad boy with a heart of gold that supports the team from afar.
- Amir Beckett - Codename: "Jitter"
- The gamer of the group and electronics technician, Amir is a Volt-related protoframe, which gives him strong electric and speed-based powers.
- Leticia Garcia - Codename: "Belladona"
- The strategist and only medic of the group, Lettie is a Trinity protoframe with an attitude that doesn't match her amazing restorative powers.
How To Unlock The Hex Syndicate
You will unlock this syndicate once you finish the main story quest of 1999; after you go back in time, you'll rewind the grim ending that The Hex had during the quest, which will open new possibilities for you to explore. This will allow the Pom-2 PC on your orbiter to display several menus in it, and you'll be able to freely travel to the mall to visit each character and discover what they have to offer.
How To Rank Up
To rank up the Syndicate, you must complete bounties and farm Syndicate Standing. You will begin at Rank 0 with a maximum amount of 5,000 standing until you reach your limit, and then offer a certain amount of items and Hollars to advance to the next rank.

The Hex - Quest Finale Replay
Reaching the Liked Relationship Status with the six members of the Hex will allow you to replay the last day of 1999, this time letting you save your friends. Doing so will reward you with a new cutscene, and The Hex Noggle collection as a gift from Arthur.
