Because Baizhi won't be on the field for too long at a time, this weapon perfectly suits her role. Swap in, use her Resonance Skill to heal your party, then swap back to your main damage character. With Variation, each time you use Baizhi's Resonance Skill, her Resonance Liberation will be charged even more.

When hitting a target with Basic Attacks or Heavy Attacks, increases Healing Bonus by 3%, stacking up to 3 times. This effect lasts for 8s and can be triggered 1 time every 0.6s.
Comet Flare will make Baizhi's heals even stronger the more she uses her Basic or Heavy Attacks. The time to trigger this effect is low, and when paired with Baizhi's fast attack speed, you can quickly build up her Healing Bonus.

While this weapon's effect isn't as strong as other 4-star options, it has Energy Regen as a substat, which is very useful for Baizhi, allowing her to build up her Resonance Liberation more quickly.
Variation and Rectifier of Voyager have the same weapon effect, making the latter a decent budget alternative until you get Variation.
