Aalto is a four-star Aero pistol user in Wuthering Waves. He is a support character that is focused on buffing his teammate's damage and Concerto efficiency. Where To Get Roaring Rock Fists
Roaring Rock Fists can be obtained by defeating Feilian Beringal, which is an Aero attribute boss that resides inside the Giant Banyan in the Dim Forest region. The location of Feilian Beringal is clearly indicated on the World Map.
If you are having trouble finding the entrance to Feilian Beringal, you can find it by activating the Resonance Becon northwest of Giant Banyan. You will be facing a cave that leads to the Feilian Beringal right after teleporting to this Resonance Beacon.
60 Waveplates are required to collect the rewards for defeating Feilian Beringal, and you can obtain two to three Roaring Rock Fists each time.

Wintry Bells can be obtained by gathering them from the Bell Borne Ravine region or by buying them from Shifang Pharmacy.

Wintry Bells Locations
You can gather atotal of 31 Wintry Bells by navigating the area around the Bell Borne Ravine.
Start by teleporting to the resonance beacon "Huanglong-Gorges of Spirits", which is close to the weekly boss Bell Borne Geochelone. Simply go around the banks of the river that surrounds the weekly boss to easily grab 31 Wintry Bells.
Shifang Pharmacy
Shifang Pharmacy is located in Jinzhou and can be easily navigated from the World Map. You can buy a total of 15 Wintry Bells from Shifang Pharmacy by spending Shell Credits.
Each Wintry Bell costs3,000 Shell Credits and a total of 45,000 Shell Credits are needed to buy 15 Wintry Bells.
Shifang Pharmacy has a weekly reset in which all items are restocked. The shop resets at 4:00 AM CST, Asia (UTC +8), every Monday.
Aalto's Forte Ascension Materials
Aalto Forte Ascension requires Phlogistons, Monument Bells, and Howler Cores.

Phlogistons can be consistently obtained by completing the Forgery Challenge Marigold Woods in the Central Plains. Other but temporary sources include buying them from the Souvenir Store in Jingzhou by using Wood textured Shards, and buying them from the Weapon shop in Tiger's Maw Mine by using Lampylumens.
Weapon Shop in Tiger's Maw Mine is unlockedafter completing the Exploration Quest "Tiger's Maw".
Then Howler Cores can be obtained from all forgery challenges and by killing Tacet discords. Some of the Tacet Discords that drop Howler Cores are Hoartoises, all types of Dreadmanes, all types of Hooscamps, etc. The area surrounding the Giant Banyan in the Dim Forest Region has plenty of Hooscamps. This is a great spot if you are looking to farm a lot of Howler Cores.
Finally, Monument Bells can be obtained by defeating the weekly boss, Bell Borne Geochelone. Monument Bells are required for unlocking Inherent Skills and upgrading skills past level 6.
