Even in the age of Vikings, getting some shake out in the wilderness is still possible. With the right ingenuity, you can mix all the ingredients to get yourself a Sparkling Shroomshake, one of the strongest Eitr restoring items you can make, and then chug.

To make this shroom-based delight, you must gather four Sap, two Vineberry Clusters, two Smoke Puffs, and two Magecaps. Smoke Puffs are arguably the most challenging ingredient, native to the Ashlands.

To bake this tasty treat, you must gather two Vineberry Clusters, two Asksvin Tails, and four Barley Flour. You'd best prepare to hunt some tough Asksvins to get their tails from the Ashlands.

When it comes to the Norse way of life, spicy and hot don't usually jump to mind, but in Valheim, it's possible to whip up a Scorching Medley with the right combination. With all that heat and kick, this dish will bring back a lot of your stamina and a bit of health.

This combo represents the three regions requiring three Jotun Puffs, three Fiddleheads, and three Onions. The Fiddleheads and Jotun Puffs can be tricky since you must travel to the Mistlands and Ashlands for them, respectively.

Raw Meat and Thistle are fairly easy to find, but the real challenge is Entrails. These ingredients drop from Draugr and Draurgr Elite, found in the Swamp.

9 Fish Wraps

Fish wraps provide 70 health, four HP/tick, and 23 stamina for up to 25 minutes. You need four Barley Flour and two Cooked Fish to create this delicious snack in a cauldron. The Fish Wrap gives quite a bit of health for something so simple.

It's not difficult to gather what you need to make this item, especially if you enjoy fishing and farming. Stack piles of ten of these in the community stash and give everyone what every Viking should have: fish and bread.

8 Cooked Serpent Meat

You can find these ingredients without much problem after killing Serpents becomes a regular event. You can find mushrooms on the ground in the Black Forest and Meadows, Serpents in the water, and Honey from (what else?) beehives.

Gathering the required materials is difficult, but it's worth your time and effort. You can find Bloodbags in the Swamp, where they drop from Leeches.
