How To Recruit Scarlett

You can recruit Scarlett by saving her during the quest Priestess, Abducted.

This staff has 13 Magick Attack and increases her HP by 10.

A decent choice for Scarlett if she is in a Unit that doesn't have a decent defensive character.

If you need Scarlett to act fast and buff her allies before the enemies can take her down, this is a great choice because it increases her Evasion by five and her Initiative by three.
