Umamusume: Pretty Derby frequently introduces new events with rewards for you. If you win all the missions, you'll receive enough Carats for a single scout to get a new character or a support card. These missions are also worth attempting if you just want to challenge yourself.

Your Mile racers will shine at the Yasuda Kinen Celebration Mission races. You will need speedy characters that can also accelerate quickly with their high power. Maruzensky is a top contender to win them, so if you haven't had a chance yet to see her in the spotlight, you should use her here. We will go over other alternative racers that will be useful.

The races are a combination of Sprint and Mile, so you really need high speed and power to win these. Yasuda Kinen occurs twice every career run, so if you were to fail in your first attempt, you can try again. You have higher chances of winning in your Senior year because your stats will be higher by then.

Yasuda Kinen requires at least 15,000 fans to participate.

If you have Maruzensky, you can clear all of these races in a single career run, considering she is proficient in Sprint races as well. Aim for more than 700 Speed and Power to win all the Mile races. For the Keio Hai Spring Cup, you need a higher speed, so aim for around 800-900.

Sakura Bakushin O and Curren Chan are excellent sprint racers who can quickly gain speed during their training. If you don't own Maruzensky, then Silence Suzuka, Vodka, and Air Groove can be used as an alternative.
