The Sims: 15 Most Evil Things You Can Make Your Sim Do

The Sims 4 is as much about creativity as it is about freedom. There is very little that you cannot do in the game. Even if the expansions and stuff packs don't allow it, there are hundreds of mods out there that will most likely make nearly anything possible.

While a lot of The Sims 4 is about building a family and being successful, ultimately, everyone gets to define their unique Sims experience. That includes choosing whether or not to be evil. For players who have never tried to just spread negativity in the game, here are a few things you can easily do to cause chaos in any neighborhood.
Updated on August 15, 2023, By Jerel Levy: As The Sims continues to grow with expansion packs, we've decided to update this list for formatting and readability, ensuring you can see all the ways to make your Sims truly evil. We list a ton of evil things to do in the Sims 4, so what will your Sims be up to next?
15 Show Up Uninvited
As long as someone is home, any of the inhabited houses in the neighborhood can be visited. This means a Sim can simply invite themselves to a residential lot, even when it's most inconvenient.
Once inside, a Sim can cause as much chaos as they want. Taking showers, cooking food, or sleeping in a bed will tend to anger the Sims living in the household, providing the perfect opportunity to pick a fight with them. You can also block their drains, flirt with their spouse, and do all kinds of other mischief.
14 Turn Everyone Into Your Enemy
It's pretty easy to be nice and happy in The Sims 4 all the time. However, it's almost just as easy to anger other Sims. Starting with a rude introduction, which can already put someone into a bad mood, things can quickly go downhill from there. Why not create a Sim with a terrible reputation?
By picking fights and being rude all the time, a Sim will be despised by everyone around them. Pair it up with the Evil trait, and the Sim will absolutely enjoy the misery they put others through.
13 Steal Things
It's a big shame that The Sims 4 never introduced burglars, as they were a fun yet random feature of the previous games. Older fans will remember the panic of seeing one sneak up to their household at night, only to trigger the alarm or worse yet slip away with the family's flat-screen television.
That being said, stealing is still possible in The Sims 4 if a Sim has the kleptomaniac trait. It's a pretty nice way to make some extra money and just ruin other people's days when something goes missing. At least, as long as they don't get caught. The Goths house, in particular, is a gold mine, and those life-sized statues can fit right in your pocket.
12 Use Voodoo To Torment People
A feature that is often overlooked is the mischief skill. Once this skill is at level three – which you can gain by playing pranks on other Sims – your Sim will have access to the mysterious power of Voodoo after ordering the doll from a computer or finding one by scavenging.

Depending on the level of mischief, a Sim can perform various tricks on the doll. It can be used to turn the target Sim happy or flirty, or they can be tickled or electrocuted. With the Soak option, the target Sim will also get a sudden urge to use the bathroom.
11 Ruin A Marriage
Oh, the joys of marriage. It can get boring after a while, and The Sims 4 is all about stirring things up every so often. Ultimately, this is where the spice comes in. Sims can choose to break off their marriages and completely change their lives with arguments, infidelity, and divorce, all options you can pursue.
Alternatively, any Sim can step in between a different married couple and cause trouble by flirting or even encouraging an affair to start. There are plenty of ways you can use romance to cause some serious issues in your world.
10 Secretly Date Everyone In Town
The concept of a serial romantic has been in The Sims series since the introduction of the famous Don Lothario. However, players themselves are just as free to create Sims who are only interested in having as many partners as possible. You can also combine this with any marriage-wrecking goals.

If the Sim is particularly sneaky, they can easily juggle a number of relationships at the same time. It's a pretty cool challenge to do as well, but especially evil towards those innocent Sims who are getting cheated on.
9 Become An Evil Scientist
Many of the careers in The Sims 4 provide some incredible perks. The career reward items, in general, are pretty nice, but nothing is as much fun as the SimRay gun, which can be gained during the Scientist career. By interacting with the Invention Constructor, the gun can also be upgraded to include mind control functions.
If this isn't the weapon of choice of an evil Sim, then we don't know what is. The player can use it to freeze anyone who messes with them or just force others to do their bidding. A great reward for such a demanding career.
8 Neglect Your Family
Perhaps one of the most heartless things to do, and the most irresponsible as well, is to just have a Sim be neglectful of those around them, especially children or pets. An evil Sim tends to be extremely selfish, and so the chances are they're unable or at least uninterested in normal family life.
By ignoring a crying toddler or a sick pet, a Sim becomes perhaps the worst monster in the game, without any mods. It also means they'll have to deal with child protective services and runaway pets sooner rather than later.
7 Pollute The World
With Eco Lifestyle, there aren't really any new clearly evil things that Sims could do, other than the obvious: allowing their neighborhood to become an absolute disgrace when it comes to cleanliness and air quality. Your actions can now affect the wider world as you encourage litter dropping and pollution.

An evil Sim can cause everyone around them to be miserable and therefore contribute to the poor environment. They could even be a rich, evil business owner who cares more about profit than promoting a beautiful, green neighborhood. The background is up to you.
6 Become An Untamed Werewolf
With the Werewolves game pack, you can choose to live the werewolf life; chasing and scaring Sims, catching prey, and getting into fights. You'll be stronger and faster than those around you and can use this to your advantage.
Werewolves can be upstanding and civilized, of course, but where's the fun in that? Instead, why not embrace your animalistic side and that untamed rage to really mix things up?
