The cave is chock-full of diagrams, alchemical ingredients, and other delightful valuables that you would have to be a fool to ignore. There is, of course, some nuance in getting the most out of this cave so if you want to maximize your returns, read on.
Where To Start Yustianna Disturbed
The only way to find this cave is to discover it yourself. You will have to ride out to the northeast tip of Ard Skellig, looking out for the Fast Travel point for Yustianna's Grotto. The cave is just next to the marker.
You will want The Eye of Nehaleni prior to entering this cave. The item, given to Geralt by Keira in the quest Wandering In The Dark, is something that you should have by this point in the game for its utility.
The first of the treasure chests is waiting at the entrance. Turn your Witcher Senses on to see the initial pair.
From here, the cave branches into two paths. You have to make a decision about how to proceed.
Left
You will encounter an illusory wall. You will have to use the Eye of Nehaleni to dispel it and gain access to a hidden corridor.
There will be no opportunity to talk to the bandits later, forcing you to kill them.
Right
This path leads you to the bandits waiting in a large chamber. While you can defuse the situation peacefully, you will have to kill all of them to take the treasure for yourself.
Getting The Most Out Of The Cave
If you had gone down the right tunnel, you should search the northeast side of the cave. The exit for the illusionary tunnel is located there. Dispel the false wall to gain access to several more chests.
There are several chests tucked away in corners, making it advisable to double back through the cave to make sure you got everything.
