The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has 66 romanceable characters in the base game. You are able to date these people, sleep with them, propose, and live happily ever after. Four of those 66 are from the Dragonborn DLC, but that won't put a dent in the amount of options available.

Fans of Bethesda wasted no time creating mods for Starfield. Though you can find plenty of mods for the game already, there are currently no mods that add new romance options.
