All Fish Locations
There are a total of 34 different fish, crustaceans, and a single turtle for you to catch, though all of them get logged under the Fish category in your book.
Like vegetables, you can only find them in Unbent Village, and you can only fish in a handful of areas: No Bends Bridge, Neighbor's House, Unbent Bridge, Under Unbent Bridge, Marsh Entrance, and Path To Waterfall Basin.
You need to at least start Ms. Kurita's sub-mission, Look For Ms. Kurita's Pet, andobtain the Crawfish Fishing Rod from her to be able to catch crabs and crawfish.
Any type of fish or crustacean will show up as a silhouette in the water, and these differ in shape and size depending on the species of fish, so you can use the silhouette to specifically hunt for a particular fish if you need it for a mission.

There's a chance to find them each time you catch a fish, and they're only required for one sub-mission, Prince The Fish Catcher 8, and for the King Size Hunter achievement, which wants you to catch any 30 King Size creatures.
You may occasionally catch one of two junk items, Plastic Bottles or Wellies, instead of a fish when going for a medium fish silhouette.
It's also possible for some fish, like eels, to migrate and be found in other places in Unbent Village once you unlock areas like the Marsh Entrance and Under Unbent Bridge.
