How To Recover A Stuck Vehicle
If an NPC vehicle hits you hard enough, such as a Police Cruiser, or you impact another vehicle at a high speed, it's possible to have your car flipped over and get it stuck somewhere you'd rather it not be, and not be able to manually flip it over.
Or, it's also possible to get your vehicle stuck in several places around Hyland Point, and not be able to get it out, such as: the Skatepark next to Taco Ticklers, the Parking Garage across from the Motel, and any of the wharfs on the western or northern sides of the city.
If your vehicle gets flipped in the middle of the street, it's possible an impact from an NPC vehicle will flip it back over, but this can't be relied on as NPCs will generally stop behind your vehicle and wait.
If this happens, head to the Auto Shop, which is located at the southern end of Hyland Point, near where your RV was originally located, the southern Gas Mart, and Hyland Auto, where you can purchase vehicles from.
Go inside and speak to Marco, who stands by the computer system from 6AM to 6PM, then pick the second option and tell him you have a stuck vehicle.
You can use the stuck vehicle option even if your vehicle isn't stuck, and use it to teleport your vehicle to the Auto Shop to avoid police after curfew or just to save some time.
Marco will then have your vehicle brought to the Auto Shop from whatever location it was at, safely recovering it, and he doesn't even charge you money to do it.
