In Schedule 1, you cannot sell your drugs to customers without packing them properly. To prepare them to be sold, you can pack them in either a Baggie or a Jar. There are benefits to using both kinds of packaging in certain situations. So, using them alternately will let you get a high profit.

A bag holds a single drug, but you can sell it for a higher price, while a jar holding many products may already be too costly to have a good profit margin. That said, you are likely to sell products slowly in packets, but jars will help you clear your stock faster.

When To Use Bags

A Baggie costs only $1, so you can keep and purchase a huge number of them to store drugs. However, they only carry one drug at a time, so if you are producing a large quantity of them, it will take a lot of time to pack them one by one.

Using the Packaging Station MK II will make it faster to pack items.

However, if you are making mixes that sell for a lot, you are more likely to have a successful sale using a bag. You can also gain more profit by increasing your prices, as you are only selling one item at a time, which won't be as pricey as using a Jar.

The customers that you unlock during the late game, such as in the Downtown area, will be willing to pay more, so you can use a Jar instead of them without losing profit.

When To Use A Jar

A Jar is more efficient as it costs $3 and holds five quantities of drugs at a time. This is helpful if you are mass-producing, and you want them sold quickly.

If you haven't developed any mixes and want to free your stock to make room for more products, you can quickly pack them for sale. You are less likely to sell jars full of expensive mixes, so use them for low-cost items.

If you want to avoid packing them entirely, you can also use a Brick Press to transform them into bricks and hand them over to a dealer.
