Pineapples are a late addition to Stardew Valley, and they are quite valuable. It turns out that they make more money in the long run when compared to unprocessed Starfruit simply because they continuously grow. Just plant them once, make sure to water them every day, and then profit.
They're a bit tough to find, however, which is why we placed them this low on the list of the best Ginger Island crops - the Island Trader sells them in exchange for Magma Caps from the Volcano Dungeon, a pricey investment for just one plant.
Buy one Pineapple Seeds, grow it, and turn the crop into seeds using a Seed Maker to quickly double your crop after each harvest.

Pale Ale
Admittedly, Hops are good only if you process them in a Keg to make Pale Ale. Theoretically, Hops have some of the most efficient money return per seed bought in the entire game - if you were to fill the entirety of Ginger Island with Hops and Kegs to process your Island Farm Hops, you would make 360,000 gold per day. However, there's a huge catch that might make you reconsider.
First and foremost, Hops grow on trellises, so you have to get a little creative with how you plant them. Otherwise, the harvest is going to be a disaster. Secondly, Hops regrow and processes into ale very quickly. In order to make 360,000 every day, you'd have to devote all your time to picking hops and putting them in kegs. Of course, if you have the patience, it's worth its weight in gold.

Wine
Seasoned Stardew Valley players already know that Starfruit is among the very best Summer crops to grow, with Starfruit Wine aged in your Pelican Town farmhouse's basement casks selling for quite a high price. Naturally, Starfruit can grow without limits on Ginger Island, so as long as you can process bulk quantities of it, you should be good to go.

PostsSince this crop doesn't continuously grow, you will have to replant it after every time you harvest it, which is a bit frustrating given some of the other crops on our list. Luckily, Starfruit takes 13 days to grow without fertilizer, so you won't be making frequent trips to Ginger Island to tend to it if you've got Sprinklers in action.

Honey
This might come as a surprise, but Fairy Roses are incredibly valuable. They don't sell for exorbitant amounts, but when fully grown in proximity to Bee House, they produce Fairy Rose Honey. This particular type is the most valuable Honey in the entire game, since it sells for 680 gold even without the Artisan profession, which boosts its value to a whopping 952 gold.
A Bee House has to stay within a five-tile range from a Fairy Rose otherwise, it'll just make Wild Honey, which isn't particularly valuable.
You can place quite a few beehives around a single Fairy Rose, wait about four days, and then come back to collect tons of precious honey. The only challenging factor with this strategy is having enough Bee House , so the more at your disposal, the better.

Wine
By the time Fall rolls around, you're likely no stranger to the multi-harvest berry plants in Stardew Valley, but Cranberries may be the most valuable of them all. Each plant drops multiple berries when harvested, usually between one and three berries depending on the perks of your chosen professions.
With berries making for such good Wine fruits, use your lowest-quality Cranberries for wine and sell the gold, silver, or iridium-quality produce as-is to take advantage of the higher prices.

Depending on the type of fruit tree you plant and when you plant it, your trees can produce quite a lot of fruit during a given season, but with them requiring a full season to grow before producing one fruit per day, it takes quite a lot of planning to make them advantageous on the Pelican Town farm.

PostsInstead, plant them someplace where they won't be subjected to any seasonal weather changes! Fruit trees, once they reach maturity, bear one piece of fruit per day when planted on Ginger Island, able to accumulate up to three before they stop growing back in between harvests.
To save time, visit your Ginger Island crops every three days to shake the fruit trees - they can't hold more than three at a time.

Selling As-Is
Sweet Gem Berries grow from the Rare Seed you'll occasionally see for sale at the Traveling Merchant. While a Sweet Gem Berry can't be processed into any of the various artisan goods, the raw fruit sells for a pretty staggering base price.
It takes a full 24 days for a Rare Seed to grow into a Sweet Gem Berry, and given that they normally only grow during the Fall, it can be a hassle to plan your planting. Rather than timing your harvest, simply plant Rare Seeds on Ginger Island.
Just don't forget to give one to Old Master Cannoli, though - he gives you a Stardrop for it!

The Ancient Fruit is the overall best crop in the game, no matter where you plant it. It is not the most valuable one in terms of the selling price per single unit, but it does have a few key characteristics that make it the perfect Ginger Island crops. Namely, it continually grows just like other berry plants, and it can be processed in Kegs to make Ancient Fruit Wine.
Overall, if you can plant an Ancient Fruit seed in every tillable tile available on the Ginger Island Farm, you'll walk away with hundreds of precious fruit to process in kegs. It's best to use all your Ancient Fruit as Wine, as it's the quickest and easiest way to make a good amount of gold with each harvest.
