However, not everyone gets lucky during the first few summons in the game, and that's where rerolling comes into play. You can reroll accounts to try your luck over and over again until you stumble on an account that gives you all the characters that you want.

How To Reroll In Reverse: 1999

Gacha games are aware of the players' intention to reroll, and some of them have made this process quite difficult. Thankfully, Reverse: 1999 is one of the few games where you can do it quite easily, especially if you're playing the game on a PC. As soon as you get into the game, you'll be given multiple options to login:

  1. Login with E-mail
  2. Guest Account
  3. Login with a Google Account / Apple ID
  4. Login with Facebook

Logging in with your E-mail is different from directly using a Google account for the game.

The former creates an account using your E-mail through the verification process.

As you can see, you can already create up to four different accounts when you install the game for the first time. However, there might be times when you need more than four accounts or when you can't use one of these login methods. In these scenarios, there are a few ways to make new accounts still.

Recycling your Guest Account is one of the main methods used for rerolling in Gacha games. Depending on the device you're using, it can be both easy and difficult to recycle your guest accounts. Whenever you make a guest account, it gets bound to that instance of the game. Here are a few ways you can make a new guest account:

  • If you're on a PC, you can simply uninstall and reinstall the game again. This will usually let you create a new guest account.
  • Mobile players have to go through a long process of removing their guest account, which takes a few days, before they can make another one. This is usually not worth it because of the amount of time it takes.
  • The easiest way to create a bunch of guest accounts is by using the Instances method in an emulator while playing the game on a PC.

Keep in mind that you'll permanently lose the Guest Account in the first and second methods.

If you've acquired something lucky in these accounts, it's recommended to bind it to an E-mail or Facebook first.

Of course, you can always create new Google or Facebook IDs to create new accounts without having to mess with the Guest Account process.

Reroll Levels And Time

There are different levels of rerolling in Reverse: 1999, and you can choose any one of them depending on what you want and the amount of time you have. Here's what you need to do for each level:

Low-Tier

10 minutes

Use this if you want to rely on pure luck.

  1. Skip through the tutorial and beat the fourth chapter of the first act in the main story.
  2. This will let you collect the pre-registration rewards and do one 10-pull on any banner of your choice.
  3. If you don't get lucky with a 6-star, simply log out and start a new account.

Mid-Tier

30-40 minutes

Use this if you want to get a specific character from the beginner banner.

  1. Follow the first two steps in the low-tier reroll.
  2. Keep doing the story until you unlock one of the Resource areas.
  3. Beat the Resource stage and keep using your Activity on it until you reach Level 5 / Keep doing the main story with your Activity until you reach Level 5.
  4. Once you're level 5, claim the double multi in your mail and pull on the beginner banner. If you don't get the character you wanted, log out and repeat the process on a new account.
  5. You can also go one step further in this reroll and do a couple more story stages to get enough Clear Drop for another 10-pull. You can try your luck on one of the limited banners with this.

High-Tier

1 hour or more

Use this if you want to give every account a good chance to be lucky.

  1. Follow the steps in the mid-tier reroll and keep rushing the main story as long as you want. You can also do the stages of Artificial Somnambulism once it unlocks.
  2. This reroll can go for as long as you want. It's the type of reroll where you'd want to manage multiple accounts at the same time and see if any of them gets lucky.

Generally, it's recommended to go for the mid-tier reroll since it gives the most value without relying on luck too much.

However, your account will be on a much bigger head start if you get lucky and successfully reroll an account using the low-tier method.

Is It Worth Rerolling In Reverse: 1999?

If you've started a run in any Gacha games and haven't gotten lucky, it's natural to feel the need to reroll. Most game developers are known for doing something to prevent this, but Reverse: 1999 isn't one of them. The game does have a few things making the reroll harder, but it's still one of the best games to do this on.

On normal banners, you have a 1.5 percent chance to roll a six-star character, which is much more generous than the popular Gacha games these days. Moreover, it's very easy to get your first six-star from the Beginner Banner, which makes it all the more worth it to reroll for the character you want.
