Amulets in Remnant 2 are helpful accessories that you can obtain by finding them in the game's various worlds or purchasing them from merchants. Each amulet gives you a unique advantage, which could either help your offensive like dealing more damage or reloading quickly, or serve defensive purposes like boosting your defense and improving your armor.

The effectiveness of specific amulets depends on your chosen Archetype and your playstyle, but a few of these amulets are adaptable and work well with any approach. For instance, the Ankh of Power amulet is highly recommended to add to your collection due to its effect.
How To Get Ankh Of Power Amulet
Even though the Ankh of Power is a strong amulet, obtaining it requires reaching the final world of the game called Root Earth. This means you might not be able to benefit from it during your first playthrough.
However, it becomes really useful if you're aiming for an Apocalypse run or playing with the challenging Hardcore Mode run.
Your starting point in Root Earth will be the Ashen Wasteland. Make your way forward until you reach the first checkpoint.
From here, you can also find both the Resonating Heart Relic and Zania's Malice Ring.
From the first checkpoint, go to the right and follow the main path downwards.
Afterward, take a right turn and keep progressing until you arrive at an open area. In this area, you'll need to defeat several enemies before proceeding.
In the left corner of this open space, there's a path you can follow to reach the second checkpoint.
From this checkpoint, enter a building right in front of you. As you go in, take the first steps on your left and go upstairs.
At the top, you'll come across a room ahead of you. On the right side of the room, you'll find two doors you can enter.
Go through any of them and inside you'll find a glowing purple item: That's the Ankh of Power.
Ankh of Power is an amulet that boosts all your damage by 15 percent. Additionally, if you use a Relic charge, this bonus gets doubled for a duration of 15 seconds.
