Red Dead Redemption 2 Fan Plays Through The Story With Everyone Constantly Drunk

Summary
- A Twitch streamer called Blurbs has attempted to play through Red Dead Redemption 2 while every character is drunk, even during cutscenes.
- Unsurprisingly, getting everyone plastered made completing missions extremely difficult, as Blurbs had to tie characters to his horse and drag them along as they kept falling off theirs.
- There's also quite a lot of chundering during the playthrough, as it seems the citizens of Valentine struggle to get their dinners down.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is a pretty serious experience for the most part, with little sprinklings of fun here and there to make sure you don't ge too depressed as you make your way through the main story. One such mission is 'A Quiet Time', which sees protagonist Arthur Morgan and Lenny have a nice drink in Valentine, only for the pair to get absolutely plastered.
It's a fun mission which managed to attain meme status back when Red Dead Redemption 2 first launched, but have you ever wondered what the world would be like if the entire world was as sozzled as Arthur and Lenny were on that faithful night? Thankfully, we don't have to imagine it any longer, as a Twitch streamer called Blurbs has shared a video of their playthrough of the game in which every character is constantly drunk, even during cutscenes.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Player Makes Every NPC Constantly Drunk
After downloading a custom mod that jacked up the alcohol level in every character's bloodstream, Blurbs went about playing through the game as normal to see exactly what kind of carnage would unfold. Turns out, Red Dead Redemption 2 doesn't take it well if its main characters are drunk, and Blurbs' video often sees characters like Uncle, Karen, and many others take a random tumble, sometimes mid-conversations during cutscenes.
Unsurprisingly, these tumbles made it quite difficult to actually complete missions, as Arthur's gang also seems to have a lot of trouble actually riding their horses. Part way through Blurbs' video, there's a moment in which three different people throw themselves off their horses one after the other, stopping all progress in the story. Thankfully, tying one to the back of a horse made things a lot smoother.
There's also quite a lot of vomit, which probably won't be a shock to those of you that have gone for a tipple or two in the game. Blurbs can't really go anywhere without seeing somebody throwing up last night's dinner, and the absurdity of the situation comes to a head at the 14 minute and 30 second mark, as two men are spewing everywhere while Arthur is explaining just how much he loves his gang.
I highly recommend watching the whole video from Blurbs, as watching cowboys accidentally fall off cliffs and headbutt trees surprisingly never gets old. Blurbs is also a great content creator to check out if you like unique takes on your favorite games, as he's also the mastermind behind a Skyrim series that allowed his Twitch chat to speak for every NPC in Skyrim. Just like his Red Dead Redemption 2 playthrough, it was pretty cursed.
