PostsSo, you might be wondering what are the best ways to earn money? That's why we've created this list, which has a handful of tips and tricks to make sure you're maximizing your earnings in Promise Mascot Agency.
10 Maximize Mascot Jobs
No Rest For The Weary
This first tip is the most obvious, but there are ways to go more in-depth with it. As Pinky will tell you early on, you're going to want to make sure you're maximizing your mascots by sending them out on as many jobs as possible. This doesn't mean you should run them into the ground, however.
The point of this tip is simple. While you're going to want to give mascots time to rest, if you see a mascot on your roster who's not working, and has the stamina, send them out, even if it's for a smaller job. There's no point in hoarding mascots at the agency.
9 Clean Up Trash
Keep Kaso-Machi Spiffy
Early on in your adventure, you'll get access to the Pinky Launcher and Recycler upgrades for your truck via José. Once you've got these in tow, you'll be able to clean up trash all around the island. You can start doing this without the Pinky Launcher, the launcher just makes it easier.
Because you have to send a minimum of 50,000 yen to Shimazu, sometimes, collecting trash can make the difference between being able to make a payment or not. Plus, cleaning up the island gives this indie game a nice farming sim touch.
8 Look For Loose Yen
It's Around Every Corner
In addition to trash lurking around every corner on Kaso-Machi, there's also a decent amount of loose yen loitering around the island. These spots can be tricky to see but typically look like floating pieces of gold or gears.

PostsThese hidden gems are all over Kaso-Machi, and can sometimes yield you thousands of yen at a time, so it's worth stopping to pick them up. Similar to trash, this can sometimes make the difference between you being able to make a payment to Shimazu or not.
7 Utilize Merchandise
Don't Sleep On Merch
Merchandise is a mechanic you'll unlock midway through Act Two in Promise Mascot Agency. To do so, you'll need to complete the mines quest, so make sure you're spending time progressing the main quest thread. Once you do so, eventually, you'll be taught how to use merchandise and play crane games.
Though, ultimately, this is secondary to mascot jobs, there are tons of buffs you can earn to increase merchandise revenue. If you're not pumping out merchandise though, these buffs are useless, so don't squander the opportunity.
6 Spend Money To Make Money
Invest In Yourself
It's a little counterintuitive, but sometimes, you've got to spend money to make money. This is key to management sim games. This can take a lot of different forms, but ultimately, the main point here is you shouldn't hoard your wealth in Promise Mascot Agency. Plus, Promise Mascot Agency is a pretty quick, speedy game, so hoarding serves little purpose.
From various upgrades all over the island to purchasing Mascot Support Items, you should be spending some of your hard-earned yen on perks. The more you're able to set aside money to boost your stats, earnings, and more, the more synergistic your playstyle will become, and the more money you'll make.
5 Upgrade The Agency
Don't Be Afraid To Glow Up
One of the most important things you can do to help your career along is upgrading the agency. These are expensive, so it can be hard at times to do so, but if you have the opportunity, upgrading the agency is well worth the effort.

PostsThese upgrades can help boost your fame, which is always a plus, and improve living conditions for your mascots, reducing bills and keeping your staff happier and healthier, which means they'll ultimately perform better on jobs.
4 Hunt For Subcontractors
Secondary, But Just As Important
At a certain point in your adventure, you'll be contacted by Shiori, your mascot handler, offering you a business opportunity. When you talk to her back at the agency, she'll teach you about subcontractors, or secondary mascots that can operate for your agency in other towns. This helps generate passive income.
From the very get-go, you'll be able to earn 100,000 yen a day just by activating this quest, and it's all passive income. This can make a huge dent in your bills and can go a long way toward purchasing upgrades and more for the agency. Just make sure you're also spending time looking for subcontractors' cards, which are scattered over Kaso-Machi.
3 Increase Fame Level
Become Notorious
While almost everything you do increases your fame level, you'll want to make sure you're maximizing your fame wherever possible. There's a handful of reasons to prioritize fame.
First, increasing your fame level opens up new job opportunities, and the higher your fame level, the better the job, meaning they pay more for your mascot's work. Second, more fame also attracts more mascots to your cause, meaning you'll have a larger roster to work with.
2 Negotiate Time Off
Everyone Needs To Relax
Negotiating perks with mascots can prove tricky. Sometimes, it's not clear whether it's better to offer a higher share of the profits with your mascots or grant them bonuses. While, ultimately, you're going to want a healthy spread of perks across your team, negotiating time off can be the most helpful when it comes to earning money.

What's better than finding a hidden gem?
PostsFor one, when the mascot takes time off, they replenish their full stamina. Second, this means that, even though they can't work while taking time off, they won't be cutting into your profits nearly as much, meaning that you'll be earning more overall with them. Just make sure you don't offer time off to everyone, otherwise you might find yourself without a team.
1 Find More Mascot Support Heroes
It's All In The Cards
Mascot Support Heroes are supremely important. As your journey in Promise Mascot Agency goes on, you'll encounter more difficult problems for your mascots to overcome while they're out on jobs. So, you'll want to make sure you're not only upgrading your current Mascot Support Heroes but finding new cards as well.
The more powerful cards you have in your deck, the more likely it is that you'll be able to overcome any obstacle thrown at you. If your deck is weak, you'll find yourself losing battles more often than not, sometimes hemorrhaging thousands of yen at a time.
