On top of this, this season's Pokemon Unite Battle Pass is the most ambitious yet, making 200 tiers available to players, double the amount that their Battle Pass originally offered. With this, there is a lot to take in with this updated Battle Pass system, making a handful of key changes to what was previously offered with the feature.
Updated on June 25, 2023, by Christian Pellegrino: Pokemon Unite just began its sixteenth season, this one with a knights and castle theme. In addition to several new additions and changes, this means it's time for a brand-new Pokemon Unite Battle Pass. We've updated this guide with everything you need to know about this new Battle Pass, including its exclusive challenges and rewards.
Battle Pass Price And Duration
This season's Battle Pass will be active for a little less than one month, concluding on Thursday, July 20, 2023. You will be able to complete Battle Pass Missions and earn Battle Pass Rewards up until this date, so take advantage of this while you can.
There are three different tiers for this feature like previous Pokemon Unite Battle Passes.
This first option is the Standard Pass, coming without a price and offering the least rewards and bonuses. In addition to significantly fewer rewards available with this tier, the rewards you earn are only in-game currency items, missing out on all cosmetic items that are part of this Battle Pass.
The second option is the Premium Pass, costing 490 Aeos Gems, a purchase equivalent to $7.99. This Battle Pass tier grants you access to all available rewards, in addition to Premium Missions — Battle Pass Missions that those with the Standard Pass don't have access to.
You will also be given a Special Portrait Frame and a Special Unite Snapshot Decoration when opting for the Premium Pass or Premium Pass Plus tiers.
The final option is the Premium Pass Plus, at 840 Aeos Gems, costing you around $16 to purchase. This Battle Pass tier grants you all the bonuses that the Premium Pass does, with the added bonuses of 25 Battle Pass Level-ups and the Knight Style: Scizor Sticker.
The Premium Pass Plus can only be purchased within 30 days of this season's start, so make sure you don't miss this window if you wish to acquire this Battle Pass tier.
Both the Premium Pass and the Premium Pass Plus will give you the option to purchase the Scizor and Mr. Mime Unite Licenses at reduced prices with them as a bundle.
If this is opted for, the Scizor Unite Licensewill cost 489 Aeos Gems instead of its standard price of 575 Aeos Gems, and the Mr. Mime Unite Licensewill cost 391 Aeos Gems instead of 460 Aeos Gems.
You can opt to bundle either one of these Pokemon Unite Licenses or both if you'd like.

Battle Pass Missions
You can complete Battle Pass Missionswhile this Battle Pass is active, earning you Battle Points when completed. This in-game currency is used to level up the Battle Pass, requiring 100 Battle Points to increase your Battle Pass level by one.
In addition to completing Battle Pass Missions, you can also use Aeos Gems to increase your Battle Pass level.
There are three different categories of Battle Pass Missions — Daily Missions, Weekly Missions, and Season Missions. Daily Missions will reset on a daily basis, containing easier tasks that will give you the least Battle Points out of the three mission types.
Missions marked as Premium Missions can only be completed if you have either purchased the Premium Pass or the Premium Pass Plus.
Weekly Missions function similarly, swapping out every Tuesday. These missions will be slightly more difficult than Daily Missions, often requiring you to play multiple matches to complete them. That being said, completing this mission type will provide you with more Battle Points than Daily Missions.
Season Missions provide you with the most Battle Points out of the three. These missions will remain the same throughout the entire duration of the Battle Pass, containing tasks that will require you to play several matches in order to complete them.
Since these missions will stay the same throughout the duration of this Pokemon Unite Battle Pass, we have provided you with each of them below, accompanied by the amount of Battle Points that each of them will give you.

Battle Pass Rewards
This season's Pokemon Unite Battle Pass is Knight-themed, offering several cosmetic rewards that fit this theme. Progress through the various Battle Pass levels to unlock and acquire these cosmetic items in addition to other in-game items.
There are a total of 200 levels to progress through to complete this season's Battle Pass, most of which will provide you with an in-game reward. For the first 100 levels, you will earn a reward for each Battle Pass level you reach, either in-game currency or cosmetic items.
From levels 101-200,you will only earn rewards for every ten Battle Pass levels (levels 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, and 200), all of which require the purchase of the Premium Pass or the Premium Pass Plus.
Each of these rewards can be found below, with the Battle Pass level that you will need to reach to earn them and whether they are free or premium/paid tips.
The Rank Protection Card is a new in-game item that has been added to this season's Pokemon Unite Battle Pass.
When you have this item in your inventory, it will be consumed following the loss of a Ranked Match instead of your Rank decreasing.
