Raichu is a surprisingly complex deck. It has a battery on the Bench in the form of Magneton accumulating Energy which can then be transferred out using Lt. Surge. Electrode is a strong Pokemon with a 70-damage Move and free retreat, so it naturally counters Sabrina.
the main hitter, Raichu, can deal 140 damage in one hit but loses all of its Energy in the process. This deck is good for some sneak attacks with Lt. Surge being a good way of instantly filling up Raichu without your opponent being able to predict what’s going to happen before it happens.

Koga is primarily used as a way to get Weezing off the field and switched out for something else. However, a pure Koga deck is also possible with Arbok, Muk, and Weezing leading the charge. This deck uses Darkness Energy so even Weezing will be able to attack when necessary.
The main draw for this single-point deck is that even if your opponent manages to land a few good hits on your Pokemon, Koga can just get them out of the way before they score a point. This stalls the game even further than most other single-point decks. You can even take advantage of Weezing's Gas Leak to give Muk’s Venoshock Move a significant power boost.
