Bringing the right party members is vital to succeeding in this battle. You'll want to bring Personas that resist, nullify, or absorb Light damage, like Unicorn, Hariti, and Raphael. You'll also want to leave Koromaru out of this fight, as he is weak to Light attacks.
Instead, bring Yukari for support. The rest of your party can be whomever you choose, so long as you have characters who can withstand Necromachinery's attacks.

How To Defeat Necromachinery
To defeat Necromachinery, focus on buffing and debuffing. You can't resist Megidola or Megidolaon, so buffing is your best friend. Make sure to debuff Necromachinery's Accuracy/Evasion to increase your chances of survival.
Status ailments like Freeze grant the opportunity to knock down Necromachinery–use this for an All-Out Attack!
Whenever HP dips too low, use Yukari's healing skills to replenish the party's HP. Keep an eye on Theurgy skills and use them whenever they're ready to deplete Necromachinery's health.
