Best Party Composition
The best party members to bring will have to make it through the previous boss first. Without a chance to swap out party members between fights, you'll need to plan accordingly.
Based on the High Judge of Hell's attacks, Yukari and Aigis will be targeted by its Maziodyne attack. However, you'll likely have Yukari in your party for support. While you can take the supporting role yourself, you won't have the chance to leave her behind if you brought her for the last fight.
Akihiko is a great party member to have, as he'll block the Electric attacks. Make sure to bring Personas that can help buff your party, debuff High Judge of Hell, and add reflective barriers to protect Yukari's weakness.
Almost any Persona with an Almighty skill will be helpful, as this type of damage cannot be blocked.
How To Beat High Judge Of Hell
To defeat the High Judge of Hell, you'll need to whittle down its health using All-Out Attacks and Theurgy skills. With so many resistances, it will take some time to bring this shadow down.
Critical hits will help you knock down High Judge of Hell, so using skills like Revolution will help increase the chances.
These should be used carefully, as it can also work against you in the shadow uses Physical skills.
Use Magic Mirrors or similar skills and items to reflect damage back onto the High Judge of Hell, and protect any party members whose weaknesses might be targeted. Keep your HP up and use your Theurgy when it's ready to deal more damage.
This fight will take some time, but it's manageable if you stay on top of things and don't take unnecessary risks. Once the battle is done, collect your rewards from the chests and move on to the next floor.
