How To Unlock The Aeon Social Link
The final social link to unlock in Persona 3 Reload is the Aeon social link, which begins once Aigis joins you at school following the Winter Break at the end of December. And while Aigis is part of your SEES team for many months beforehand, you'll need to get into the third semester of the school year before she can hang out.
She's been out of commission for a while following her encounter with Ryoji on the Moonlight Bridge, but when you see her after class on 1/8, she'll finally be available as a social link.
The trickiest part of Aigis' social link in P3R is that the last playable day in the game is 1/31, which leaves you roughly three weeks in-game to max the Aeon social link. Thankfully, Aigis is available almost every day after school, and you'll know when she's around since she's next to you after class with a blue tarot card above her head.
There's no way at present to begin Aigis' social link any sooner, though she's available for Linked Episodes, so you'll want to reserve time in January to dedicate to Aigis if you're intending to finish the Aeon social link in this run of Persona 3 Reload.
