How To Get The Legendary Crossbow
In order to get the Legendary Crossbow, you will need to defeat the Bushi Alpha boss repeatedly in the game. This is a level 23 boss and should not be relatively hard to beat if you have optimal gear. You can read our Bushi Alpha boss fight guide and learn how to kill this boss faster.
Defeating the boss or capturing it gives you an equal chance to receive the Legendary Crossbow weapon schematic in the game. You need this schematic to craft the Legendary variant,but the drop chance is rare: only three to five percent.
Items Required To Craft The Legendary Crossbow
If the Legendary Crossbow Schematic drops for you, the next step is to build the required structure and gather resources to craft this weapon in the game.
You can use a High Quality Workbench, Weapon Workbench, Production Assembly Line, Weapon Assembly Line, Production Assembly Line II, and Weapon Assembly Line II to craft the Legendary Crossbow.
The crafting item for the Legendary Crossbow will be disabled if you do not keep the schematic in your inventory.

Wood and Stone are the easiest resources to obtain in the game. Chopping down trees and breaking the stones easily gives you a decent amount of Wood and Stone.
To get Ingots, you need a Primitive Furnace, a fire pal, and two Ore items to craft one Ingot.
Getting Nails requires Ingot first. You need to build a Primitive Workbench and use one Ingot to craft one Nail item.
Lastly, the Ancient Civilization Parts exclusively drop from the Open-World bosses and Dungeon Bosses. The Open-World bosses are much easier to defeat and do not waste a lot of time when you compare it to exploring a Dungeon and defeating one boss at the very end of it.
