Lords Of The Fallen is a soulslike game that provides a challenging experience along with various NPC quests to pursue and finish. Although it's not always clear how to advance in these quests, the effort put into completing them often proves to be worthwhile.

PostsOne of the characters you'll come across during your journey is Drustan. Upon interacting with him, you'll discover that he's in search of his brother in the land of Mournstead. This guide will lead you through his quest, detailing all the essential steps to successfully complete it.
An important note to keep in mind before diving into the steps is not to open the door leading to the Fief of the Chill Curse, as doing so will fail Drustan's quest.
Drustan Location #1
To initiate Drustan's quest, your first task is to find Drustan at Fitzroy's Gorge.
In order to reach Fitzroy's Gorge, you'll need to go through Forsaken Fen and defeat the Hushed Saint. Afterward, you'll gain access to Shuja Hamlet/Vestige of the Pale Butcher. From the Vestige, head toward the entrance with torches and proceed through the cave.
Eventually, you'll come across a gate that you can bypass using your Umbral Lamp. After exiting the cave, continue along the path to the right side. Keep following this path until you encounter a locked door leading into the cave.
Again, use your Umbral Lamp to bypass it and enter the cave. As you progress upward and to the right side, you'll come to a broken bridge. Enter Umbral realm and cross the bridge to reach the other side.
After crossing the bridge, take a left turn, and shortly after, you'll find another entrance to the right. Descend the ladder and there you'll see Drustan waiting. Interact with him and exhaust all his dialogue options to advance him to the next location.
While you're here, make sure to pick up Cracked Rune Tablet as well.
Drustan Location #2
Afterward, Drustan will relocate to Lower Calrath, which is the next destination following Fitzroy's Gorge.
Upon reaching Lower Calrath, proceed forward until you come to Lower Calrath Alehouse/Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch. On the opposite side of the Vestige, there's a door leading to the balcony. Go through it and look left, where you'll find Drustan waiting.
Interact with Drustan, and he'll request your assistance by asking for Unripe Berries.
You likely already have this item because it can be found throughout the game.
Once you hand over one, Drustan will express his gratitude for your help and proceed to his final location.
Drustan Location #3
Drustan's final location is at the Fief of the Chill Curse, but to access this area, you need to obtain the Fief Key.
Once you've opened the door leading to the Fief of the Chill Curse, continue forward until you reach Fief of the Chill Curse/Vestige of Svornil. Near the Vestige, there's a ladder to climb, and as you follow the path ahead, you'll come across a lever that unlocks the gate at the Vestige location.
The path is fairly straightforward, as it's part of the main progression.
After unlocking the door, continue down the path until you reach a jumping point over water. Enter Umbral to remove the water and enable jumping. At the bottom, you'll find a path leading upward.
Follow it to the top, andnext to an Umbral Flowerbed, you'll encounter a path leading to the left.
This path takes you to an abandoned house where there's a ladder you can drop to unlock a shortcut.
Near that abandoned house, there's an ice cave. Follow its path until you see a glacier that has hit the ground, forming a path that allows you to continue and exit the ice cave.
Once you're outside, head forward to the locked gate ahead and use your Umbral Lamp to bypass it. To the right, you'll find Drustan freezing. Interact with him and he'll request your assistance in this matter.
Luckily, there's a bonfire next to him that you can light. After doing so, interact with Drustan again to proceed to the final steps of his quest.
Reach Bramis Castle And Interact With Drustan Stigma
Now, your objective is to reach Upper Calrath and gain access to Bramis Castle. Go through the giant door and proceed forward until you arrive at a location filled with lava.
You will receive a location prompt indicating that you have reached Bramis Castle.
From this point, descend the stairs and proceed to the end of the path. You'll come across a hole in the wall on your right. Go through it and then turn left and follow this path. There will be an entrance to your left filled with fire, but if you enter Umbral, you'll be able to access it.
To the right, you'll find a Soulflay item that can be interacted with to create a bridge. After crossing it, you'll find a Drustan Stigma that you can Soulflay. Make sure to do that.
To the left of the Stigma, there will be a loot containing the following items:
- Drustan's Hammer
- Boar's Head Shield
- Melchior's Ring
- Drustan's Glove
- Drustan's Garb
- Drustan's Helm
Completing Drustan Quest
Continuing from this point, proceed through Bramis Castle and reach the boss fight of this area with the Sundered Monarch. After defeating the boss, climb the stairs in front of you to reach the effigy of Adyr.
Enter Umbral realm here, and you will find a Stigma showing the fate of Melchior. After Soulflaying the Stigma, Drustan's quest will be completed.
By successfully completing Drustan quest in Lords of the Fallen, you'll earn Hero WorshipTrophy/Achievement.
