PostsCollecting Paper Fortunes as you explore Honolulu is well worth the time and effort as there are some exclusive rewards to purchase from Kamulop that you can't get anywhere else. Here's everything you need to know about the Fortune Shop.
How To Unlock The Fortune Exchange Shop
Shortly after starting Chapter Two, you'll be directed to visit Revolve Bar. Upon leaving, you'll soon be thrown into a cutscene where you meet Kamulop and automatically start the 'Kamulop, Fortunes Unfolded' substory. Afterwards, meet Kamulop near the shrine and defeat the thugs to complete the substory and unlock the Fortune Exchange.
Where Is The Fortune Exchange?
CloseThe Fortune Exchange is located in the northwest of the Honolulu map, to the east of Revolve Bar. Kamulop can be found just to the left of the shrine there and you can interact with him to have your Paper Fortune points added up and spend them in the Fortune Exchange.
How To Find And Collect Paper Fortunes
ClosePaper fortunes can be found all over Honolulu and appear as white tickets that glow gold. They are in set locations and do not replenish, so make sure you grab every one you see. You won't know until you collect them what type of fortune you've found.
Most Paper Fortunes are on the floor or atop boxes or walls, however, some are stuck higher up and must be retrieved with the Chain Hook.
Fortune Shop Rewards
Each Paper Fortune you find will earn you points for the Fortune Exchange, but not all Paper Fortunes are equal value. Depending on which kind of fortune you find will dictate how many points you earn. We have a handy breakdown for you here:
