Organizer
Drag a Facility to a Management Facility
The game will prompt you to build your first Management Facility when the departments become too much for just the Headmaster's Office to handle.
Internal Promotion
Train a teacher.
This will happen naturally through playthrough, but to train a teacher, open the schedule and select one of the teachers who's Teaching Proficiency is low. Then select "Train". Once the training is complete, you'll unlock the trophy/achievement.
Orator
A successful speech.
When a new year starts for school, select yes when asked if you want to make a speech. Then, follow the prompts to make your speech successful.

Get an "Excellent" in the exams.
If you pay attention to the student needs and arrange the schedule and teachers accordingly, this should be easily achievable with your first community. Don't forget to research for the advanced subjects as your students go up to years two and three.
Explorer
Unlock a new dispatch location.
As your school grows, you'll get the opportunity to send a teacher and class on a trip to scout out a new area. This new area will enable you to recruit more students to your school. Once the operation is completed and the group returns to your school, you'll get the trophy/achievement.

Punish a student.
Students who have three demerits or fall asleep in class (usually due to the coal burner) can be punished. Just click on the student in question, then click on "Punish".

As your teachers continue teaching the students and training to be better, they'll eventually start earning Certificates. The first time one of your teachers earns a Certificate you'll unlock this trophy/achievement.

Unmissable - the first time your third year students graduate you will take a photo of the graduating class, whether they're graduating with good grades or not.
To the Clouds

Unmissable - Just keep expanding your school, building more rooms, upgrading your walls, and adding decorations.

Through food sales and tuition, save up 100,000 in your school funds. Or, you can wait till you reach School Level 6 and get the 100,000 loan.
Master Builder
Reach building Score 8,000
Unmissable - Just keep expanding your school, building more rooms, upgrading your walls, and adding decorations.
Time is Right
Give a teacher a raise.
When the time is right, one of the teachers will get your attention to ask for a raise in their salary. You can either Approve or Reject, but you have to approve to unlock the trophy/achievement. You can also go into your teacher management menu (found along the bottom of the screen), and give them a raise via the Salary tab.
All Other Trophies/Achievements In Let's School
The remaining trophies/achievements are all missable due to various reasons. Some leave you at the mercy of the game's AI and random number generator, while others just take more time and planning to obtain, instead of just following the natural playthrough of the game.
There are even a few that, if missed, will require you to start a completely new game to unlock.
Iron Fist
Send a teacher to stop 10 protests.
Once in a while, if student needs aren't being met (dirty classrooms, no bathrooms, etc), they'll stage a protest and the game will have you send a teacher out to stop the protest and fix the issue. If you have to stop ten protests, you'll unlock this.
Crisis Stopper
Extinguish 5 fires.
Fires will happen more often with food tents then anything else, and especially so in the summer. Make sure you have buckets nearby so the teachers can put the fires out when they happen.
Protection Squad
Confiscate 30 contrabands.
Every once in a while, unruly students will bring contrabad into the school. Sometimes it's frogs, sometimes it may be something more serious. Go through your student inventories and confiscate the contraband (it'll have a red background). You can then trade it to Ms. Beatrix for PTA points.
Elite HR
Recruit an elite teacher.
As you grow, you can start trading money, students, and items with rival schools in the hopes of recruiting an Elite teacher. To do this, open your dispatch map and select one of the other headmasters to bring up the trading menu.
Closed Loan
Pay back 1 loan.
When the school gets short on funds, you can take out a loan to help pay for things like building, decorating, and staff salaries. Successfully pay back your loan to unlock this trophy/achievement.
Greedy Grinch
Sell the students' snowmen.
In the winter, students will start building snowmen around the school grounds. You'll not only have a quest to demolish five of them, but the first time you demolish one, you'll unlock this trophy/achievement (and get some money, too!).
Property Dev
Buy a new plot.
A growing school needs a little extra elbow room. Purchase nearby plots to expand the space you have so you can continue building more classrooms and facilities in your school.
First Love
Have a pair of lovers in the school.
This trophy/achievement is dependent on the AI, but there are ways to boost your chances. Place benches around the school with love mailboxes next to them. You'll hopefully get a notification that someone has confessed love. If accepted, they'll become a couple and you'll get the trophy/achievement.
Star Search
Admit 20 students with 3-Star Targets.
When you start accepting student admissions from other communities, you'll soon start getting students with high aspirations. Admit 20 of them with 3-star targets to unlock.
Lee's "Care Package"
Accept Two-hands Lee's deal.
Shortly after completing the School Reform I research you'll be approached by Two-hands Lee with a deal. His deal involves you accepting troubled kids from rich families. The parents will pay a lot, which could help if you're low on funds. If you decline, however, the offer won't come again.
Wonder
Build a Wonder
Building wonders is unlocked once your school reaches level 5. When you go to the furniture menu, there'll be a new tab called Wonders. These pieces are very expensive to build, and will take a few game days to complete.
Confidant
Have a pair of Confidants.
This is about as reliable as First Love. Once again, you're at the mercy of the game's AI, but the benches should help with this as well. Basically, with this one, two students need to max out their friendship without becoming lovers to be considered confidants.
Boarding School
Build Male and Female Dormitories, and a Dormitory Hall.
When you've completed the Boarding School research, you can now admit 4-star students that will live on campus. To do this, build male and female dorms, as well as a dormitory hall. This way, you'll be able to admit even more students to your school.
Skydiving
Build a Helipad
Building a helipad will allow you to admit 5-star students to your school. Complete the necessary research in the Management tab, and you'll be able to build a landing spot for a helicopter.
Relentless Research
Complete all research
Unmissable if you play through till end game. Complete all research options available to unlock.
Capacity Win
Complete a Capacity Win
You will achieve a Capacity Win by having 250 or more total students in your school and a Very High Satisfaction for 1 week. You can easily achieve this by admitting students from two communities in every region of your dispatch map.
Teaching Win
Complete Teaching Win
You will achieve a Teaching Win by Graduating 5 Students with 5-Star Aspirations. This is probably the most time-consuming of all the wins. The best way to ensure that you reach this goal is to stop letting in one and two-star students, especially towards end-game. You can also level up admissions offices, just keep in mind it'll cost you a lot of contribution points.
Facility Win
Complete a Facility Win
A Facility Win is achieved by reaching a 12,000 total Building Score, and Build any Advanced Wonder. You can achieve this by going for any of the other wins. While you're upgrading your building and replacing equipment with newer versions, you'll eventually get to that 12k points. Wonders are unlocked at Level 5, and Advanced Wonders are unlocked sometime after Level 6.
First-Rate School
Max School Level
The max school level you can reach is 9. This will take you some time, but it's not impossible. Research adds to your school level, as does admitting students, gaining contribution points, and having your students graduate.
First Club
Establishing a club.
To establish your first club, you will first need a Studen Council office. Then, you can do research for Basketball Club or Pop Music Club. Once the necessary research is done, you can start creating clubs and assigning students to them.
Spirit of the Well
Meet the Spirit of the Well.
A well is placed on school property at the beginning of your game. If you don't sell it, a student could randomly trigger the spirit of the well coming out. You'll get a notification when that happens, so keep an eye out. If you already sold the well, you might be able to get it through a trade with the Bunny Academy rival school. If not, you'll have to start a new game.
Glorious
Win a game on Hard
When you start a new Career game, during the set-up you can choose from three difficulties: Easy, Normal, or Difficult. Play and win a game of Let's School on the Difficult level to unlock.
Talent recommendation
Send 20 students directly to university
Most students who graduate from your school will have a recommendation towards a college or group, but very few get directly admitted upon graduation. The easiest way to get this is with your students in clubs.
First at district level
Any club ranks first at the district level
You can achieve this by sending your clubs out to competitions. With each win, their rank level goes up until they become the first at district level.
First at city level
Any club ranks at the city level
When any of your clubs reaches first at the district level, they'll move on to compete at the city level. Keep training them and competing to eventually rank first at the city level.
Club Victory
Achieve club victory
A Club Victor is achieved once you've achieved any club ranking first at the State level.
